Wishing and sneezing and coughing and hoping

My evening is shaping up to be a wild night. Pitch Perfect, doTerra Breathe essential oil diffusing and so far, that is working miracles. And a few cups of chicken broth with lemon and pepper. Honestly, there isn’t much of anything else I would rather be doing. I feel pretty rough and it’s cold outside.

A big sign that I’m falling into old-lady territory: I can’t open jars without the rubber thing. Stephen’s spaghetti sauce gave me some trouble.

day 15 

Dinner was sausage stir fry. Super easy to make. I cooked the sausage with carrots, onions, and garlic. Once the carrots were almost finished, I added the broccoli and cabbage with a cup of broth. Put the lid on and let the pan steam for 3-5 minutes until broccoli is tender. I used some herb seasoning blend stuff from Penzeys. It was quick and easy to add a ton of vegetables.
