Pre-run-almonds and cheese
Dinner tonight was pasta with sausage and greens. I made my own alfredo sauce because the jar stuff is too fattening. I use lf milk and greek yogurt instead of heavy whipping cream. I made a white sauce and just added parm. The sausage is Applegate Farms Andoulle. It was delicious. Spicy, but not a bitter aftertaste.
Cook pasta according to the box, toss with sauce, add in cut-up sausage that I grilled on the Foreman. Add in some kale at the end. It will wilt with the heat from the pasta and sausage.
