Lazy Sunday with a headache that is about to leave me begging for a short death

This is going to be short for now.

fast B.S 108—that’s more like it.

3 hour nap and 2 excedrin migraine later…

I began drinking the first metric ton of water and started on some oatmeal to save for a couple of mornings

and the beginnings of chicken soup–only the stock cubes are processed

I had this for lunch and a little more later for dinner. I had some Kashi crackers with the bowl at lunch. This soup is never the same exact thing. Today, I had onions, celery, garlic, bay leaves, fresh herbs thyme and sage, carrots, new potatoes, S& fresh ground P, and half my own stock and half water + bullion cubes. I added the fresh-off-the bone rotisserie chicken at the end. Right before serving, I threw in fresh parsley and green onions (scallions).

This week, I want to play around with the gazillion oatmeal options. I have steel-cut oats ready for in the morning. I know I’ll add some applesauce and walnuts eventually. The rest depends on what I’m able to handle so early in the morning.

No run today. I was supposed to run 7. The headache prevented even a walk. I picked the wrong day to lay off caffeine. Decaf coffee isn’t that good.
