It’s been a great weekend and it will take me another week to get all the pictures and details ready. For now, I have to get laundry going and try to get my mind ready to return to work! After work, I am looking forward to grocery shopping. While I enjoy vacation indulgences, I need a week of low salt and tons of vegetables. Both of us agreed the menu this week should include as many different vegetables as I can manage. I have a few Paleo recipes to work on for my next article for US News Eat+Run and some recipes I have been wanting to try now that the weather is cooling off. Until then, have a great Tuesday!
