This week was all about doing what I could, when I could. We’ve had some sad news in the family and we also had some holiday celebrations here and there. I didn’t feel like working out at all but I managed a few things.

Running
Non-existent. I’m walking a LOT, but running is not happening with my jacked-up knee.
Push-up challenge:
31 Push ups a day. I got 5 days. July 1-5. I’m extremely excited about completing this. It makes the not-running a little easier to bear. Sort of.
