Weekly Review-CrossFit, Run

I am in a post-illness slump lately. I think its more of a “too much too soon” thing. I totally skipped the half-marathon because the pneumonia came right back with a vengeance and by Saturday, I had NO voice left. I did run in our local 5K with Ainsley’s Angels and it was a fantastic day!


Workout 1

AMRAP in 15 minutes

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 air squats

Workout 2

AMRAP 12 minutes

  • 400m run
  • 15 push-ups (working on form and transition to full “man” push ups)


  1. Workout 1~3 miles, SLOW
  2. Workout 2~5 miles, slow
  3. Workout 3~ 5K race
