Weekly Menu and goals: April 15

And it’s a new week of Whole 30 recipes! I am feeling creative this week, so I planned a few new recipes. I made 2 new prep items this afternoon and they are GOOD! Let’s just say, chorizo may be the best thing ever.

Sunday: Basil Lime chicken

Monday: Chorizo Kale soup

Tuesday: Carnita burrito bowls/salad

Wednesday: Spaghetti Squash with meatballs

Thursday: Cabbage with bacon, Rosemary chicken legs

Friday: Pork loin, sausage stuffing, mashed sweet potato with “candied” pecans.

Back to regular running and CrossFit this week. I’m ready for routine again.

Monday: Running 3. CrossFit WOD is 4×800.

Tuesday: AM CrossFit, PM run 10 miles

Wednesday: AM CrossFit, run rest

Thursday: AM CrossFit, PM 5 easy

Friday: AM CrossFit, PM 4 miles, speedwork

Saturday: Run rest

Sunday: 11 miles

Chorizo Kale soup sounds so good!

It was good, but next time, I'll find a different Chorizo. it was really greasy and after a couple of days, I didn't like the leftovers.
