Weekly Meal Plan March 10-16

It’s the last week before my birthday and the first week of a new Dietbet and the first week of a strict Paleo plan. There is a lot going on this week! I did all my meal prep earlier today so let’s hope this week is a breeze.


Meal prep:

  • huge pot of chicken soup with kale
  • roasted sweet potatoes
  • grilled chicken thighs
  • bowl of sautéed cabbage with carrots
  • chicken salad made with my own mayo.

Sunday: Orange Shrimp with squash “noodles”

Monday: BREAKFAST! Bacon, eggs, and a smile.

Tuesday: Crock Pot Beef Stew with smashed white sweet potatoes

Wenesday: Salmon with asparagus

Thursday: Pork loin with sausage and vegetable stuffing, smashed cauliflower

Friday: Camping food!!

Monday: AM CrossFit, PM 3 miles

Tuesday: AM CrossFit, PM 4 miles

Wednesday: AM CrossFit, PM 6 miles

Thursday: Full Rest

Friday: AM CrossFit, hiking at camping trip


Track my workouts, meals, and drink more water. Some things do not change. I hope I’m not STILL writing these same goals in December.
