Who doesn’t love this??

I don’t know why I’m sharing this. But I can’t look away.

Today I tackled the track early and got 5 miles of speed and recovery intervals. It felt good to sprint for a while. And equally as good to crawl through the recovery sucking in air like a blowfish. Next time, I’ll do my recovery loops with the air guitar. And yes, I admit it. I’m jealous of his legs. Why can’t mine look that good in shorty shorts???

The best part of Tuesday is without a doubt, finishing the work on the back porch (pics soon!) and a celebratory steak dinner.
