Last weekend of Whole 30!!

I’ll make this short and sweet. The school Virus of Everlasting is still hanging on and I laid low and tried to catch up on some sleep. I had oranges, eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Lunch was grilled salmon with some mixed greens.

Dinner: Spinach and stir fried broccoli, mushrooms, peppers.

I made a big batch of shrimp, grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, and soup for this week. I’m getting tired of just soup for lunch, so I made more protein for the week. I will share the chicken recipe later. It was from a new cookbook!

Sunday is done. 2 more days!!
