I make this about every other week. It’s easy, healthy, and good.
First layer in crock pot:
- diced potatoes
- diced carrots
- diced onions
- mushrooms
Then I place 4-6 chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper
On top of that, I add a sauce of cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
You can add other seasoning to this such as taco seasoning, salsa, onion soup mix, tomatoes with chilies, chipotle season or peppers, cajun seasong, greek seasoning, etc.
