I’m not crazy about this. I used Dreamfields rotini (so, techincally this is a baked rotini) and it was good, but I wasn’t a fan of the jar sauce. I used a Prego something or other. I think I needed to jazz it up with some garlic and merlot. Or something. The whole thing was just…meh. And this dish has the potential to be outstanding. Maybe some fresh basil?
