The habit I've been working on since the New Year is eating for fuel! I realized at some point last year that I eat because I want to taste something good. I just get cravings! I've been doing a mostly Paleo diet since the 1st and I've noticed my cravings are less. However, I made Melissa's Cinnamon Chili (OMG Delicious!) and when I put away the left overs I got a little on my finger. I licked it off and had a stare down with the chili for a good 30 seconds before I put the cover on and walked away!

Also working on increasing my water intake! :D

I've really worked to cut out processed foods. It's hard when I need a quick snack but I feel so much better ratting real food!
